Late Registration

March 16, 2027 - April 10, 2027

$110 per delegate, $100 per delegation

If paying online, we charge a 2.9% plus $0.30 surcharge for Stripe fees

 Fees

Registration payments may be made by check or through our website, using Stripe. With Stripe, delegations are able to pay directly by entering credit card information securely as &MUN does not see your credit card information. There is a 2.9% + 30 cents card charge via Stripe (numbers have been calculated below). Furthermore, you do not have to set up a Stripe account to be able to make these payments. This payment method can be accessed through the registration portal on the &MUN website, www.andmun.org. More information about Stripe: https://stripe.com/.

Financial Terms and Conditions

Delegations must pay all conference fees by March 15th, 2027. Schools that register after this deadline will be charged for late registration and must pay all fees by April 10, 2027. If a delegation fails to pay their total conference fees, then they will be restricted from participating in this conference. School fee refunds are made at the discretion of the International Relations Club at William & Mary.

Dropped Delegates

All delegations have until February 25, 2027, to update their number of delegates attending. The &MUN Secretariat must be notified by March 5, 2027, of any dropped delegates to receive a refund of delegate fees for dropped delegates. No fees will be refunded for dropped delegates after the March 5, 2027 deadline. If schools drop delegates after this deadline and have not paid any delegate fees so far, they are still required to pay for these individuals.

If an entire delegation drops before March 5, 2027, they will be refunded only half of the already paid delegate fees. If the delegation drops after March 5, 2027, no refund will be given. If a school has not paid any fees and has dropped after March 5, 2027, they are expected to pay the Installment Payment.
